Be a Counselor or Parent Volunteer!
We need volunteer counselors! (check "Camp Watch" for current status)
Camp Celiac could not be possible without our wonderful adult volunteer counselors. If you (or someone you know) would like to make camp a reality for our kids and enjoy a week of delicious gluten-free cooking in the beautiful Livermore, California wine country, please consider volunteering. As we are limited in the number of kids we can serve based on the number of volunteers we recruit, please register as soon as possible. In particular, we usually need male counselors for the boys groups. To register, please let us know you are interested as soon as possible (email: campceliac@gmail.com), complete the three forms at the bottom of this page, and mail them to:

or fax them to: 415-387-2969 (please fax only between 7am - 10pm Pacific time)
All non-parent and parent volunteers will need to complete a "live scan" background check. Once you register, we will mail you the forms for the fingerprinting and background check. You can also go to http://ag.ca.gov/fingerprints/publications/contact.php to find the closest center. The costs for this will be reimbursed; please send a copy of your "live scan" payment receipt to:

PARENT VOLUNTEERS
We are very grateful for our terrific parent volunteers! The goal of Camp Celiac is to help campers develop confidence and independence. Thus, parent volunteers will sleep in the cabins with campers, but they will not be with their own child. Volunteersl help supervise the cabins, meal times, arts/crafts, and other activities.
Dads are especially encouraged to help with the boy campers. If we have more parent volunteers than space, priority will be given to parents with celiac and based on gender needs. Please complete the three forms below and mail/fax as above.
